For Premium Members, a discounted hourly rate will be set according to the level of expertise and the frequency and amount of the sessions requested by the client. Our compensation philosophy is that the size of this investment initially will be so low that it will not render a problem even for the smallest company.

Selection of Advisor

The CW Advisory is a personal and confidential advisory service for you. For this reason the selection of your advisor is a manual process to find the best-suited advisor precisely for YOU. Many of our advisors prefer to remain anonymous for non-clients and will for this reason not be available to read about and contact until the end of the selection process. The advisor will establish the contact for an initial introduction. At the end of this introduction, both parties decide whether or not to confirm the advisory and how to proceed.

Ulf Hanning, Professor emeritus, born 1944, Sweden

Honorary Doctor at the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in Moscow, Russia. Guest Professor, consultant and senior advisor at universities in many countries worldwide, especially concerning leadership, cross culture communication and conflict resolution. One of his initiatives was the Immigration Academy, which aims at developing skills and contact networks for immigrants, so that they can use their education and specialist competence for the benefit of themselves and their new home country.

Kjell Strandberg, born 1944, Sweden

Mr Strandberg is a genuine entrepreneur with international experience as advisor and company counsellor since more than 25 years, foremost in Russia and China.

He has had international assignments for both a number of multinational companies with global brands and consulting assignments for small and middle sized companies from different countries. Mr Over more than thirty years of experience has forced him to the conclusion that there are almost no new SMEs operating on the international markets.

 

The global markets have been mainly operating to serve the big multinational businesses, basically because of their economic ability to accept high risks and sustain long-term operations.

He believes that most economic growth will be generated by new and existing SMEs, which is why a lack of representation of them would be an economic catastrophe.

Mr Strandberg has developed a wide network of friends and contacts in many fields across the globe
