CW’s organization is built on absolute closeness to the users. The personnel organization of CW is based on entrepreneurs.

A short schematic description of the world wide organization can be found below.

Explanation:

CW World Wide Base:
The World wide Base administrates all countries world wide and is responsible for the continuous development of CW.

CW Land Base:
The CW Land base is every country’s administrative centre. Here you can also find the CW Entrepreneur Embassy.
CW Expert pool and CW Partner pool have both been founded on the need for special competences on the local markets.

CW regional Bas
The regional base is organizationally a subdivision of the Land base, and has the same organisational structure. The regional base also contains one Entrepreneur Embassy.

CW Group leader Each group leader is responsible for one or even several networks of users that he (or she) constantly stays in contact with for instance regarding weekly or monthly meetings. It is at this level that business proposals, experience exchanges etc are initiated.  CW contact groups Local contact groups are the responsibility of the group leader. Each contact group consists of between 10-25 CW members. CW´s other users Furthest out in the organisation we find the networks of influential groups that many times can decide if a business goes through or not.
